Roses and sold homesites, both came by the dozen at Texas Grand Ranch.
We know Valentine’s Day has passed, but we’re still ridin’ our high from another tremendous weekend at Texas Grand Ranch, which was filled with love and successful sales.
Not only did we have three dozen roses for the ladies, with not a single rose, or lady, left behind, unlike on The Bachelor, but we are seeing just how excited the community is for our second phase at Texas Grand Ranch now being available for purchase.
Just as with the first phase of homesites at Texas Grand Ranch, the homesites started selling before the grand opening event, barely on the market three weeks, more than 70 homesites had new owners.
Now 15 more lots were sold at the Valentine’s Day event amid a spicy Tex-Mex fajita lunch. While we know the tasty lunch may have contributed to the excitement of the day, but main fervor for scooping up a 2-to-5-acre lot in north Houston’s newest multi-acreage community is best understood from our Managing Partner Gary Sumner:
“Ultimately, the reason I believe Texas Grand Ranch is so successful is that it is a low density, environmentally sensitive development that brings the country lifestyle close to the city. People are able to enjoy the country, the Sam Houston National Forest and have space between their neighbors. Also, they are able to have easy access to work and retreat to an acreage homesite. But it’s not just the lifestyle, our value proposition is second-to-none. We are able to provide two-to-five acre properties as low as $59,900 just 45 minutes from downtown Houston and 20 minutes north of The Woodlands. People are able to sense that this is an incredible opportunity in a growing county and is close to everything they need and enjoy country living.”
As we work to put in roads (by using all local business) , Elara homes also received their permit to build their model home on the Texas Grand Ranch property. They join a few other builders putting in model homes in our “Model Home Row” area near the primary entrance, Two other builders, who cannot be named yet, also purchased a parcel of land to build in the “Model Home Row.”
By allowing certain builders to put in model homes directly on-site, it will help the new landowner determine a quality builder who comes with our seal of approval, also helps remove the guesswork when taking the next step in building your future home.
